Insurance Reinstatement – EMI Construction has assisted with the reinstatement of properties and buildings following fire/flood/building defect and impact damage, projects have included reinstatement of domestic dwellings, multi occupation high rise flats, commercial buildings, industrial units and complex claims. Insurance reinstatements are sometimes sensitive projects and with the expertise of our management team we make all efforts to ensure that clients/policyholders are supported and assisted throughout the whole project from pre-contract to handover. At the start of each project we appoint a project manager from our experienced team who will oversee and manage the project from start to finish so that all clients have a dedicated point of contact for the lifecycle of the project.

In addition to that, one of our biggest concerns - running a school site of over 1200 pupils whilst a project in the heart of that site is in operation - has proved straightforward in practice. This is certainly due to the excellent running of the project, the adherence to all that was agreed from the outset in terms of access, etc., and due to your commitment to ensuring that this project runs efficiently and effectively. We are thoroughly grateful.
